On a shoot, every location poses its own challenges. The available space, the access and the need to work close to the camera team make having a well-equipped DIT station essential.

At El Marqués del RAW, our DIT VAN service brings the DIT workstation directly to the location. A Transporter T7 van fitted out as a mobile office, designed to offer a comfortable and functional space to work with the director of photography, review the image under good ambient light conditions and manage the technical needs of each production.

How does it work?

  1. SSD rental
    • We have Shuttle SSD units of 4, 8, 12 and 16 TB to adapt to the needs of each shoot, without the need to buy drives for each project.
  2. Reception and storage
    • At the end of the shoot, the SSDs are sent to our facilities. From there we manage copying the material to our local storage and uploading it to the S3 cloud, according to the conditions of the contracted service.
  3. Digital delivery to post-production
    • The production company or post-production house can download the material directly from the cloud, in Spain or abroad, without necessarily depending on the shipping of physical drives.
  4. Tailored retention
    • We adapt the capacity and storage period to each project, with extended retention and long-term archiving options according to the client’s needs.
